I’ve had this feeling in my chest for the past 4 days now. Some…horrible, ugly feeling. And it makes me paranoid. I question everything. Believe nothing. And feel like everyone is against me. I wake up every morning yearning to be near someone, even if I’m right next to someone. I’m hating coffee more and more, becoming super insecure about my body, and feeling just unattractive compared to most girls at my school. And all of this is manifesting itself in my chest, and it feels so heavy. Like my asthma is working up and someone put a bowling ball on my chest. I cry everyday. No idea why, sometimes it just happens. I get mad at people, especially my boyfriend. Even if he’s being a total sweetheart. Then I realize what a horrible person I’m being, and plead sorry over and over again because I know he did nothing wrong. I know NONE of these people did anything wrong. But I have a gut feeling they did. I’m scared. Scared of the future. That next year, I’m going to be lonely. That everyone will move on in life but me. That Logan will move on in life WITHOUT me. Forget that he loves me, or that I love him. Forget our song, our favorite shows, snuggle spots. Everything. And just find someone else. All the while I’m stuck in high school.

This feeling in my chest is making me paranoid. Making me feel like I’m not good enough. Like I’m too simple, boring, plain, just someone people get bored of easily. And that hurts me. Because I never want to lose my friends, or my family, or Logan. Ever. They all mean to much to me. But…I feel like I’m trying to push them away, because I’m scared. Yet at the same time hold on too tight, making them want to push ME away.
